The Plastics Recycling Show Europe (PRSE), a pan-European exhibition and conference dedicated to plastics recycling, will be held in Amsterdam in hall 12 of RAI Amsterdam from June 20 to 22. Online visitor registration is now open.
“The free Plastics Recycling Show Europe conference and exhibition is the focal point for plastics recycling in Europe,” said Ton Emans, President of Plastics Recyclers Europe. “Now in its sixth year, PRSE is a must-attend event to learn about all the latest technical and business developments and stay up to date with our industry’s legislative landscape.”
The latest trends in the plastics recycling industry will be explored in depth throughout the conference, which offers a holistic view of the entire plastics recycling value chain, bringing together political leaders, big brands, recyclers and the plastics manufacturing and recycling industry, according to the PRSE.
Conference sessions will cover policy and legislative developments in plastics recycling in Europe. Sessions will explore challenges and opportunities in the mechanical recycling sector, covering polyethylene terephthalate, polyvinyl chloride, polyolefins and polystyrene recycling.
June’s hybrid event will allow those unable to attend in person to view elements of the two-day conference via live stream, including the announcement of the Plastics Recycling Awards Europe winners. Online-only visitors will also be able to interact directly with exhibitors.
PRSE says it’s designed specifically for plastic recycling professionals. It brings together leaders from the plastics and recycling industries to showcase innovative technologies, share best practices, network and do business. A wide range of industry is represented at the event, including suppliers, pre-processors, plastics recyclers, waste management specialists and industry associations.
The organization says more than 150 companies from across Europe, including Aimplas, Berry Global, Bollegraf, Erema, Evonik, Fimic, Krauss Maffei Extrusion, Lindner Recyclingtech, Kraton Polymers, Krones, Milliken, Pellenc ST, Starlinger, Tomra Sorting , Veolia and Zen Robotics, have signed up to exhibit at what is expected to be by far the largest PRSE show to date. Recycled polymer sourcing organization Poly to Poly, Orléans, France, is the platinum sponsor of the event.
