The next Go Green Recycling event for West Maui will be on June 18

Mālama Maui Nui’s monthly Go Green Recycling event for West Maui residents will be held in Lahaina on Saturday, June 18 from 9 a.m. to noon at 1870 Honoapi’ilani Highway (parking lot behind Lahaina District Court).

Appointments are required. To request an appointment, complete an appointment request form at www.MalamaMauiNui.org/GoGreen.

Go Green Recycling allows residents (non-commercial) to responsibly dispose of the following bulky items free of charge:

  • air conditioners
  • Batteries (lead acid only)
  • Bikes
  • Washers and dryers
  • Dishwasher
  • microwave
  • Refrigerators
  • Stoves
  • Tires (suggested donation of $10 per tire)
  • Water heater
  • Scrap
  • Electronics (TVs, printers, computers, monitors and related cords only)

Go Green Recycling is an important service for residents of West Maui, organized by the non-profit organization Mālama Maui Nui in partnership with the Rotary Club of Lāhaina Sunset, 5A Rent-A-Space and the Division of Environmental Protection. Maui County Environment and Sustainability.
