AT Recycling paid $3.3 million for a 37,782 square foot office building at 5060 Commerce Park Circle in Pensacola, Fla., according to Kyle Knight and Darryl Bonner of Stirling Properties, who represented the seller. AT Recycling plans to hire 40 employees at the new site.
Construction is nearing completion at GulfGate Boat & RV Storage near Ala. 59 and Baldwin County 32 in Summerdale, according to Alla Nikitina of Ryals Realty. A group of local investors paid $250,000 for the 6.5-acre site and the 70,000-square-foot covered storage facility is set to open next month. Investors also plan to build a storage facility on US 98 in Elberta after buying 3 acres for $150,000, according to Nikitina, who represents the group.
Out-of-state developers have purchased 8.99 acres at 5464 S. Norden Drive, Mobile for $165,000 and plan to build homes in the 15-lot subdivision, according to Pratt Thomas of Merrill P. Thomas Co. , who handled the transaction. The bank-owned property is in the Cosgrove Subdivision in the Village of Springhill community and has been partially completed.
Shaka Nutrition leased 1,000 square feet of space at 7251 Theodore Dawes Road to Theodore, according to Angie and Kaelan McArthur of Stirling Properties, who represented the landlord.
Library Consultants leased 1,208 square feet of office space at 1110 Montlimar Drive in Mobile, according to Jill Meeks of Stirling Properties, which represented the tenant. Tommy Gleason of CRE Mobile worked for the owner.
Tropic Hideaway RV Park in OWA is scheduled to open in the spring of 2023 on Pride Boulevard in Foley. The 190-lot luxury resort will include pickleball courts, a swimming pool and a clubhouse. OWA Parks & Resort offers a theme park, indoor water park, live entertainment, shopping and dining.
