The Company owns all assets used exclusively in the Onepath Integrated Services (OIS) business, which have been divested by Onepath Systems, LLC.
Onepath Integrated Services (OIS) operates as a standalone division of Onepath Systems and since 2006 has been providing large-scale telecommunications, systems/network planning and engineering, low-voltage cabling, security services to private and public entities /access and facility controls. has a national footprint that offers customers a one-stop solution. Major business units include telecommunications and internet providers, fire and life safety, large building security and access control, audiovisual, multi-dwelling units, military and large-scale public and commercial developments. After this transaction, Onepath Systems will remain an independent provider of managed IT services.
